Since I don’t want to distract view with the colours, which were absolutely unrealistic-looking in reality (yes, I realise this sounds ridiculous, yet, it looked as as if someone had gone over the top in an editor), here is a black-and-white rendition:
The clouds, as I remember them, were an interesting transition between orange and pink, so both sigmoid and filmic fans from the darktable camp can justify their edits. There was loads of texture, and prominent ‘rays of shadow’, as the mountain top blocked out some of the light from the setting Sun.
Yes, the most realistic version, based on my memories, is the one from @Zbyma72age. It was not totally dark yet, people were walking around, the Sun had just gone beyond the mountain. Streets lights were already on, but one could still see well without them.
